Tracey Willmann completed the Dental Assisting Program at Mon Valley Vocational Technical School in 1989. She is a 1987 graduate of Canon-McMillen High School. She enjoys bowling and spending time with her daughter Abby. Tracey has eighteen years of experience as an office manager and receptionist in the dental field and as a dental assistant. Her charming personality, pleasant chairside manner and exceptional dedication to her work and her patients is likely the reason why she has been with Dr. Franz since the office opened in 1989.

Sally Underwood has over 25 years experience in dental office administration, billing and collection procedures. She has participated and instructed seminars in computer program procedures and office coordination. Sally has won awards for "outstanding dedication and service" and "excellence in collections". She recently celebrated 43 years of marriage to her husband, Lee and enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren.

Jessi Rader has worked at our office for over 2 years. While she is the newest member of our staff, her dedication to her dental hygiene occupation (she drives to work from Steubenville, Ohio!) has our patients talking.  Jessi received her Dental Hygiene degree after completing a 2 year program at West Liberty State College in West Virginia. She enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, Dave. She loves her cat, Mr. Morris!
